La Brioche, one of the celebrated restaurants of New England Culinary Institute, specializes in new and traditional baked goods and pastries, holiday and custom baking. Soup, salads, sandwiches and quiches are available daily, served with a huge variety of coffees and teas.

See the bakery in operation
After taking in the many wonderful baked goods and pastry confections in the display cases, you can view the inner workings of the bakeshop and see pastry classes in action. This kitchen is always in operation and provides the bread, baked goods, and pastries for all the NECI Montpelier restaurants. The best times for viewing are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Eat in or take it to go
You can sit and enjoy your gourmet sandwich or breakfast pastry in our casual dining room or on the patio, or you can take it out. For your convenience, you can phone in your take-out order in advance. Just call 802-229-0443.

Menu Selections
Choose from a daily variety of baked morning pastries, artisan bread, and rolls, fresh made sandwiches and delicious hot soup. Complete your meal with an individual pastry or a slice of cake. All made by students under the supervision of some of America's finest chefs.
